Shift, body con, bubble, 50s? The possibilities seem endless with so many cuts and shapes – one comes in another goes out. It’s a sad affair but that’s fashion for you. Dresses have been around for centuries, each taking different forms as time and reigns went on.
The first record of modern Dresses dates back to the 18th century. They were full bodied, tight on the waist and high on the neck; a modest look where even the flash of an ankle would cause a scandal.
As time continued Dresses got shorter, yet still retained an honest femininity until the 60s came and blew it all out of the water! From 70s chic to bubblegum 80s, Dresses have taken on new shapes since the fashion revival of the ‘60s.
How many dresses do you own girls? How many of these do you wear and like? We thought so...With this in mind, why not sell
Dresses that you no longer wear?
Get CASH for your dresses and clear
a big space in your wardrobe at the same time!
