Deliveries
Musicmagpie will despatch your order as soon as
it possibly can – usually within 2 working
days, although please allow up to 7 working days
before you chase up your order.
Please remember that while the disk will always
play perfectly, the case may have some blemishes
on it associated with the historical day to day
use of the pre-played CD, but it should always
be structurally sound.
Returns
Musicmagpie offers a full money back guarantee
against any CD that is delivered that will not
play perfectly.
However, please bear in mind that the CD you will
be purchasing is pre played and therefore for
instance may have some slight surface scratching
– we only guarantee that the CD we sell
is in perfect playing order - and if we find that
the returned item does play perfectly on our own
equipment, we do reserve the right to deduct an
administration charge from your refund.
If you still think you need to return your CD
please contact enquiries@musicmagpie.co.uk
with full details of the problem so we can issue
you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
You will then be asked to return the CD with this
RA number. Returns received without a RA number
will not be processed.
