 SELLING CDS, DVDS, & GAMES

WE ONLY ACCEPT SELL IT TRADES FROM THE UK.

Is the price quoted the price I’ll get?
No, this price could change if any of your CDs, DVDs, or Games fail quality inspection. We charge up to 50p per CD, DVD, or game if it is not in perfect playing condition as a refurbishment fee, and 25p per CD, DVD, or game if the case is broken.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT RULES WHEN SELLING US YOUR CD, DVD OR GAME
  1. The disk must be in the case and it must be the right disk for the case.
  2. The disk must NOT be a copy or pirate disk – we take this issue very seriously and reserve the right to take further action on this matter
  3. The disk must NOT be cracked or have dents, deep scratches or other serious damage to it – light surface scratches are usually accepted
  4. All the original packaging must be present (including the artwork and booklet where relevant)
  5. The packaging must be in good condition. Cases may have light scratches, but booklets and artwork need to be free from tears, stickers and other major blemishes.
Please note that if you do not follow the above criteria we will unfortunately be unable to accept the item. When this happens, we reserve the right to not pay you for the item and also we will also not be able to return the item so please ensure you follow these guidelines. Full details are contained in our terms and conditions.

You say my discs are scratched, what happens next?
We will deduct up to 50p per disc as a refurbishment charge. All discs are non-returnable, and our assessment is final.


I've lost/not received my welcome pack
You can re-print your welcome pack by signing in to your account, selecting the order, and clicking on the print icon. If you don't have access to a printer, please contact our Customer Services team.

Do I get unwanted CDs, DVDs, or Games back?

No. Due to the high volume of CDs, DVDs, or Games that we receive, we are unable to return any unacceptable discs.
Do you accept CD singles?
No. Currently we only accept CD albums.

Do you take vinyl music?
No.

Do you accept NTSC DVDs?
Yes, we now accept both NTSC and PAL format DVDs.

Why aren’t you accepting my barcodes?

We only accept barcodes that are contained within our database. We update our database daily, so please come back and try again.

Do you buy CDs, DVDs, or Games without the case?
We only purchase CDs, DVDs, or Games with all pertinent artwork and inlays, undamaged and unmarked. We do not buy CDs, DVDs, or Games without cases.

How do I get paid?
We will write you a cheque, when we have received and booked in all your acceptable CDs, DVDs, or Games.

When will I get my money?
We will dispatch your cheque within 7 days of receiving your CDs, DVDs, or Games. Please bear in mind that we use a FREEPOST service which is not a priority service, which means your CDs, DVDs, or Games may take around 7– 10 working days to be delivered to us.

Please note it is very important to pack all your items in one parcel (or as few a parcels as possible for large sales) so we can process your order and send you your payment as quickly as possible.
