Magpie had
to shock the music world in March by announcing
that it was officially banning the Spice Girls
CDs from the site. Following their less than successful
world tour, which was cut short due to alleged
lack of ticket sales and the girls squabbling,
we were simply deluged with people wanting to
sell their old Spice Girls CDs that they had no
doubt dusted off at the start of their comeback.
“No more!” we screamed as stocks got
up to around 300 of each of their main titles
but please don’t be alarmed we are still
purchasing many, many thousands of other titles….
