www.musicmagpie.co.uk, are today celebrating having received over £1 million for their old CDs, DVDs and Games giving them much needed money during the recession and helping to save space by clearing out all their cupboards, drawers and shelves.

Launched in 2008, www.musicmagpie.co.uk has become an Internet success with thousands of people visiting the site every week so that they can trade in all their old CDs, DVDs and Games for cash.

Managing Director Steve Oliver commented: “Since launching in 2008 Musicmagpie has gone from strength to strength. Users recognise the convenience of using the site which gives them an instant value for their old CDs, DVDs and Games without the hassle of an auction especially as it is totally free to use.”

He continued; “Hitting the £1 million mark is a significant milestone for our users and the team at Musicmagpie. As the site continues to become more and more popular we are expecting to double this figure in the next six months.”

www.musicmagpie.co.uk lets users get cash for as many of their old CD’s, DVDs and games as they want without the hassle and cost of selling each individually. Since launching in September 2008 the website has paid out £1,069,000 to users.
