Please note the following important rules when selling us your CDs, DVDs, Games & Tech !
1.
The
disc must be in the right
case.
2.
The
disc must NOT be a copy
or pirate disk.
3.
The
disc must NOT be cracked
or have dents, deep scratches
or other serious damage
to it.
(light surface
scratches are usually
accepted)
4.
All
the original packaging
must be present (including
the artwork and booklet
where relevant)
5.
The CD, DVD or Game cover, the disc artwork and/or the sleeve notes must not be defaced in any way.
6.
The CD, DVD or Game packaging must be in good condition. Cases may have light scratches, but booklets and artwork need to be free from tears, stickers and other major blemishes.
7.
We
only accept Trades from
the UK.
8.
The barcode entered onto the site for valuation must be identical & evident on the CD, DVD or Game cover, disc artwork and / or sleeve notes of the item received. If no barcode is present we reserve the right to reject the CD, DVD or Game.
9.
Any Game that does not have all the original instruction booklets in addition to the original art work.
10.
Tech items must be in the condition that you have specified when completing your Order and must NOT have modifications that are not standard manufacturer upgrades/changes/add ons.
11.
Tech items must not be defaced or an imitation, replica or fake.
12.
We do NOT accept Tech items that have any of the following conditions: is Water or liquid damaged in any way, has Missing parts, the item is broken in two, is identified as IMEI Blocked.
Please note that if you do not follow the above criteria we will unfortunately be unable to accept the item. When this happens for CDs, DVDs and Games you are selling we reserve the right to not pay you for the item and we will also not be able to return the item, so please ensure you follow these guidelines. If you are selling a Tech item and when checking it we believe it to be of a different condition than you have described it, or that it does not meet the above criteria we may choose to not accept the item OR send you a Revised Offer Price by email which you can choose to accept or decline.
