There are two ways to send us your CDs, DVDs and Games and both of them are completely FREE! You can choose between either our FREE Courier Service or you can use our FREEPOST Labels.
1. Use our FREE Courier Service
With our FREE, fully insured Courier Service, sending us your items is easy too! Choose a day that suits you, and we’ll come and collect your items for FREE!
When sending us your items, just pack all your CDs, DVDs & Games securely in a cardboard box. Don't forget to include the case and all the original artwork, as we can't accept your items without them.
We’ll send you a Welcome Pack with your “Courier Service Label” attached. To save you writing on the box, this has all the information we need, so just print this out and stick on the outside of your box. If you don’t have access to a printer, just write your Order Number and the word “musicMagpie” on the side of the box in large, clear letters.
Within your Welcome Pack, you’ll also receive an “Item List” to help you tick off the items as you pack them. When you’re finished checking your items, place the “Item List” inside the box.
Once you're all packed up, just sit back and wait for our courier to come and pick it up.
2. Or you can still use FREEPOST labels
Don’t worry, if our FREE Courier Service isn’t for you, you can receive FREEPOST labels by email or post. You choose which service is for you when confirming your order.
Simply pack all your CDs, DVDs & Games securely in a cardboard box, and please don't forget to include the case and all the original artwork, as we can't accept your items without them.
Then print out our FREEPOST labels, (or if you don’t have access to a printer, we can send these labels to you in the post), attach them to your box and drop it off at the Post Office.
