you our very best price based on current
market value.
Sticker barcodes
Please note, in particular for CDs, DVDs,
or Games originally purchased in HMV, you
will need to type in the original barcode
for the CD, DVD, or Game and NOT the over-stickered
shop barcode.
Enter
all items
You
can enter a minimum of 10 and up to 500
individual CDs, DVDs, or Games in a single
transaction. When you have finished you
may either:
a) Press 'Complete
Trade' (after reading through
our Terms
& Conditions) and print a copy
of the agreed sale for your record.
b) Click the 'Save
For Later' button which
will save the order (our offer price is
valid for upto 10 days). This allows you
to add/delete CDs, DVDs, or Games at a later
date.
Choose
to print your labels or for us to send them
to you
You
now choose whether you wish to print your
welcome pack at home, or if you don't have
a printer, the pack can be posted to you.
Printing it yourself is simple; when your
order is complete you will be able to print
your welcome pack off straightaway following
the on-screen instructions. You can then
pack and post your items as soon as you
have completed your order so we can process
your order and send you your payment as
soon as possible. If you don't have access
to a printer when you complete your order,
you can sign
in in to your account and print
the welcome pack from there at any time.
Pack
& Post your items
Place
your CDs, DVDs or Games in a suitable box
or envelope, attaching the FREEPOST
label – the label
has a barcode that tells us who you are.
Please note it is very important
to pack all your items in one parcel (or
as few a parcels as possible for large sales)
so we can process your order and send you
your payment as quickly as possible. Please
also ensure that you use the FREEPOST
labels with the correct order number
and, if you have more than one order, that
each order is packaged separately.
A proof of postage from the Post Office
is suggested for larger deliveries.
Receive
your cheque
When
we have received the CDs, DVDs, or Games
from you, and we have checked and processed
your Trade, we will issue a cheque to you.

For all CDs, DVDs, or Games sold to us,
the disk must be in a perfect playing condition
and it must have all the original artwork,
covers and booklets. The case must be structurally
sound although we accept it may have some
blemishes incurred during day to day use.
