How do I pack my Tech items?

We recommend that you take every care when packaging your item. Using bubble wrap to protect the item and a using a suitable sized box is the best way of doing so, this will limit damage in transit.

Please also try to disguise the contents of the package to ensure a safe delivery and make sure the order number and label are clearly visible for your collection/drop off.

How do I check if my phone is iOS 7/iOS 8/iOS 9 locked?

We cannot process your Apple devices if they still have the iOS lock.

Should we receive an item where the iOS Lock cannot be removed, we are unable to return the item(s) in question or pay for it.

Do you accept Lost or Stolen Phones?

We cannot accept lost or stolen phones under any circumstances. We use a database called CheckMEND which provides us with the history of your phone. If it has been registered lost or stolen, we cannot accept it.

Should I leave my Tech order to be picked up in a Secure Location?

For security reasons we do not advise that you leave your Tech item in a ‘safe place’ when choosing a courier collection. We cannot guarantee the safety of your items and it is important that you gain a receipt of collection from the courier containing your tracking number.

What happens to my Tech item(s) once you receive it?

Once we receive your order the package will undergo a brief visual inspection. It is then sent to our Tech Quality Assessment team who will check the item for physical damage and then test it’s general functionality according to the condition you selected upon creating the order.

If accepted your payment will be processed at the original price.

If however, our Tech Quality Assessment team find the phone to be in a different condition to that stated then we will offer a revised price. We will be in contact with you immediately in order to find out how you would like to proceed from there.
