My cheque has not arrived yet. Please can you reissue it? |

We can only reissue cheques 10 working days after they were originally posted. If after 10 working days your cheque has not arrived we will issue you with a new one – please call our customer services team on 0870 495 1283.
If you receive the original cheque after you have requested a reissue please ensure that you return it to us as it will be cancelled and invalid. If you attempt to cash this cheque you may be charged.
