Q. My cheque has not arrived yet. Please can you reissue it?
A. We can only reissue cheques 10 working days after they were originally posted. If after 10 working days your cheque has not arrived we will issue you with a new one – please call our customer services team on 0870 495 1283.

If you receive the original cheque after you have requested a reissue please ensure that you return it to us as it will be cancelled and invalid. If you attempt to cash this cheque you may be charged.
