What happens if my e-Voucher code is lost or stolen? |

Your e-Voucher code is valuable. Please keep your e-Voucher code number secure. Your code number is unique and the total value can only be redeemed once. Marks & Spencer will not accept liability for lost or stolen e-Voucher code.
If your email has been deleted or you've lost your PIN, please call us on 0870 4951 283 (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm on Saturday) and we'll aim to send the email to you again in the next working day following your call.
