Terms and Conditions

10.1         We offer several ways to send your Items to us for free, including the following delivery services (Delivery Services):

a. Our Evri Courier Service: This Service is offered to you when you complete a Media order with a minimum value of £5 and has a minimum of 25 items, or weighs more than 5kg.

b. Our Royal Mail Send Service: This service is offered to you when you complete an order with a minimum of £5 value, up to a maximum of 500 Items per order, and weighs no more than 20kg.

c. Our Evri Parcelshop Send Service: This Service is only available to you when you are selling Item(s) of no more than 20kg in weight.

d. Our ASDA toyou Send Service: This Service is offered to you when you complete an order with a minimum of £5 value and weighs no more than 25kg.

e. Our SMARTDrop Kiosk: This Service is offered to you if you have a qualifying product and live within 20 miles of a SMARTDrop Kiosk unit location.

IMPORTANT: we will only ever offer you a Delivery Service which applies to your order, so if you are not sure then please read your Pack & Send Guide carefully for further details.

10.2         These Delivery Services only apply to Items that you have offered to sell to us by completing an order with us per the order process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

10.3         Collection by a carrier of any Items under these Delivery Services does not mean that we have confirmed acceptance of the Items that you have sent. Acceptance of the Items will only be confirmed once they have passed the Quality Assessment (details of which can be found below).

10.4         SMARTDrop Kiosk. You will be offered this choice if you have a qualifying product and live within 20 miles of SMARTDrop Kiosk unit location.

10.5        You acknowledge and agree that we shall have complete discretion as to the method of transport and route of any Package.
