To make your experience with MusicMagpie as “hassle free” as possible we offer a FREE COURIER service to all our customers who trade in over 100 CDs, DVDs and Games. This gives our users:
Full insurance on all parcels sent in
Priority processing at the MusicMagpie warehouse
Faster payment for your CDs, DVDs and Games
Our Customer Services Team will email all customers who qualify for the FREE COURIER service shortly after they complete their order. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a courier you can email our Courier Collections Team on despatches2@musicmagpie.co.uk with your order number, your address and telephone number as well as when you would like the collection.
If you don’t want to take advantage of the free courier service you can still use the Freepost labels provided.

The free courier service is not available in the Channel Islands at this time
The free courier service is only available for customers who trade in over 100 items
Courier Collections can only be arranged between Monday and Friday.
