This was mainly due to the fact he felt that his identity would end up being revealed eventually anyway.

In 2014, Evan Blass announced his retirement from leaking devices as it was difficult to monetise a Twitter thread. He tried various ways to make money out of the information he was posting. Luckily for us, this retirement wasn’t a permanent thing and he was back posting leaks two years later.

When it comes to one of the most leaked phones in recent years, the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL, Evan shared an image of both devices on social media that looks exactly like both phones.

This year, he unveiled the Blackberry KEY2, Huawei P20 and the Samsung S9.

When it’s open, it’s a tablet… When it’s closed, it’s a damn thick brick… 😂 #SamsungDeveloperConference #InfinityFlex pic.twitter.com/4TPaSPJcCK

”” Steve H.
