Apple\u2019s long-rumoured 5.5\u201d\u009d iPhone 6 won\u2019t be released in September, as previously thought, and might not be ready for launch until 2015.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s according to an insider report from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo<\/a>, who has released accurate pre-release information on Apple products before.<\/p>\n According to Kuo\u2019s report, Apple are having technical difficulties with the larger iPhone 6\u2019s screen. The larger screen is causing touch sensitivity issues, and it\u2019s looking increasingly unlikely that they will be fixed in time for a September launch.<\/p>\n The 5.5\u201d\u009d iPhone 6 has been interpreted by many as an attempt to muscle in on a market dominated by Samsung. It is Apple\u2019s first attempt at releasing a \u201d\u02dcphablet\u2019, so the teething issues aren\u2019t too much of a surprise.<\/p>\n The \u201d\u02dcstandard\u2019 4.7\u201d\u009d version of the iPhone 6 is unaffected by the delays, and is reportedly already ready for launch in September.
