The following rules apply to your participation in the musicMagpie prize draw, as sponsored by musicMagpie (\u201cPrize Draw\u201d). By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these rules.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. You can enter by inputting your email address above. Duplicate entries will be invalid and disallowed. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. The Prize Draw period runs from Monday 13th February 2023 at 9.00am to Friday 27<\/span>th<\/span> February 2023 at 11.59pm BST.\u202f<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Entry restrictions: The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with the Promoter are not eligible to participate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Prize: 1 winner will receive a free month\u2019s rental. This communication will be made through email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Prize Draw and notification of winners: the winner will be contacted by email within a week after the Prize Draw ending to organise receipt of their prize.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. The prize is as described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion. Please allow up to 14 working days for receipt of your prize after you\u2019ve confirmed your details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Prize Draw altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter\u2019s reasonable control.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Prize Draw or the prize offered in relation to the Prize Draw.
