Clean the charging port<\/h4>\n
If your iPhone won\u2019t charge, it could just be that your charging port is a little dusty. Give it a clean by powering off your device and spraying some compressed air gently into the charging port. You can also use a toothpick, cotton swab or soft brush to dislodge any debris.<\/p>\n
Try a different charger or power outlet<\/h4>\n

Clean around the button<\/h4>\n
Dirt can block the mechanism and stop the button from responding. Try to clean around the button using a soft brush or a tooth pick to remove debris from the edging. You can also use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to clean the button and surrounding area.<\/p>\n
Enable AssistiveTouch<\/h4>\n
