To celebrate, he\u2019s done the obvious thing and&#8230;erm, launched his own flavour of ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>The ice cream is described as \u201d\u02dcDetroit\u2019-flavoured, with ingredients including Michigan cherries, Sanders hot fudge and Vernors ginger ale (fortunately, no motor oil or petrol was used).<\/p>\n<p>It has been described as \u201d\u02dcthe world&#8217;s first pop culture inspired ultra premium ice cream brand\u2019 (that\u2019s \u201d\u02dccelebrity posh ice cream\u2019 to me and you), and is only available from the Mikey Likes It Ice Cream parlor in New York City. Book your tickets, Shady fans!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ygzRDayKxTk\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Bob Geldof wants you to do the impossible<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/i1jeiC-JEsI\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>Do They Know Its Christmas?<\/em> is number one in the charts, but Bob Geldof still isn\u2019t happy.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s demanding the people who\u2019ve bought the single delete it and re-purchase it to make up for the shortfall caused by the cheaper cost of downloads.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, as pointed out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/newsbeat\/30175595\">BBC Newsbeat<\/a>, this is impossible. Most download services will let you download a song you\u2019ve already purchased again for free, regardless of whether it\u2019s currently in your library or not. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>There are still a couple of ways to help the Band Aid cause: either \u201d\u02dcgift\u2019 the single to a friend, buy it using a different account or make a donation via text without buying the song again.<\/p>\n<p>Or, wait a few weeks and buy the physical single when it hits shops on 8<sup>th<\/sup> December.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Nasty Nick vs. Samuel L. Jackson, of being a bad mofo fame, are going to duke it out for this year\u2019s Christmas #1.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson has apparently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/showbiz\/515599\/Paul-McCartney-to-front-Samuel-L-Jackson-s-charity-single\">rounded up a gang of celebrity pals<\/a> (including Paul McCartney) to record a song called <i>Say Something <\/i>in aid of the testicular and prostate cancer charity One of the Boys. Bear in mind, though, that there\u2019s no sign of the single yet and the latest news on it was in September&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Nick Cotton (AKA John Altman) is taking time out from tormenting his poor old mum to release a cover of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalspy.co.uk\/soaps\/s2\/eastenders\/news\/a612058\/eastenders-star-john-altman-joins-christmas-no-1-race-with-iggy-pop-cover.html#~oWCOk6E3UbFHM5\">Iggy Pop\u2019s <i>Real Wild Child<\/i><\/a> with JOANovARC.
