Every Thursday, we bring you an app that\u2019ll make your life easier. This week, it\u2019s the turn of Wooju; an app that promises to stop you making bad decisions.<\/p>\n
(Sorry Android and Windows fans; this week\u2019s app is an iOS exclusive. The good news is there\u2019s plenty of fantastic apps in our Surprisingly Easy App of the Week archive<\/a>!)<\/i><\/p>\n Wooju is essentially a decision making app; you post a choice you need to make and a relevant picture, and then people (both your friends and – if you want – the general public) provide a yes or no answer. So, it could be something like: \u201d\u02dcshould I wear this luminous green tie to work?\u2019 (answer: no) or \u201d\u02dcshould I go and challenge a bear to a wrestling match?\u2019 (answer: it depends on how often you\u2019ve been to the gym in the past couple of months. But probably no).<\/p>\n After everyone has voted, you get a tally at the end and that\u2019s pretty much it. You can choose to take or ignore the advice.<\/p>\n The internet has removed most of our need to think about stuff, so why not remove decision making too? In all seriousness, it is good to be able to canvas opinion – especially from the general public, who tend to be a bit more honest than your closest friends.<\/p>\n You\u2019ll never have to make an awkward decision in your life again. Wooju can also save you from some potentially embarrassing scenarios; it\u2019s a great app to use after you\u2019ve had a few (as long the people you\u2019re asking haven\u2019t had a few too\u201d\u00a6).<\/p>\n You\u2019re essentially relying on the kindness of strangers to make the right decision for you.
