Here are the shows you\u2019ll be addicted to next.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HU4mwlTUXnc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Humans<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>Utopia, LOST, Doctor Who<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Should machines have the same rights as people? How would humanity react to self-aware androids? Is it okay to fancy a robot?<\/p>\n<p>These are the big questions posed by <em>Humans<\/em>, a Channel 4\/ AMC co-production that explores a world reliant on life-like androids called \u201d\u02dcsynths\u2019 to do humanity\u2019s dirty work.<\/p>\n<p>However, some of the synths appear to be developing thoughts and feelings &#8211; including robotic housemaid Anita. And some of them aren\u2019t too happy about their role as slaves&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tackling one of the big issues of the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century, <em>Humans <\/em>is ideal for those who like their drama with a healthy dollop of social commentary and debate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yzXglr5bc3w\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fear The Walking Dead<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>The Walking Dead <\/em>(obviously!), <em>Sons of Anarchy, American Horror Story<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Terrible name aside (and it is really is terrible), this <em>Walking Dead<\/em> spin-off actually looks quite good.<\/p>\n<p>Set just as the zombie apocalypse takes hold, <em>FTWD<\/em> examines how society slowly collapses as everyone\u2019s favourite brain-munchers start rising from the dead.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you\u2019ll enjoy the show or not really depends on how you feel about <em>The Walking Dead; <\/em>if you like the melodramatic relationships, you\u2019ll love it. If you prefer when the zombies unleash hell and eat people, well&#8230;give it a shot anyway. It might surprise you.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WoswtyJSV-g\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jessica Jones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Gotham, Arrow<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Not content with taking over the big screen, superheroes are slowly taking over our televisions too.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jessica Jones<\/em> is the latest offering from Marvel, following an ex-superhero who starts her own detective agency after a tragic end to her career. Imagine<em> The Avengers<\/em> mixed with <em>CSI<\/em> and you\u2019re probably not that far off.<\/p>\n<p>If the concept doesn\u2019t appeal, then the cast might: Krysten Ritter stars as Jones, with David Tennant, Carrie-Anne Moss and Mike Colter in supporting roles. There\u2019s no release date yet, but it should be on Netflix before the end of the year.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FEwsYYvoZ64\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>American Crime<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>The Wire, True Detective, The Sopranos<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> season of <em>True Detective <\/em>has left you feeling a bit cold (don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re not the only one), then <em>American Crime <\/em>could be the show for you.<\/p>\n<p><em>American Crime <\/em>is based around the murder of a war veteran during a home invasion as well the brutal assault of his wife. It\u2019s heavy stuff, with in-depth explorations of US society, prejudice and how crimes can destroy communities, but it\u2019s compelling.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EpkxL9hb1Pw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ballers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>Entourage, Eastbound and Down, Friday Night Lights<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Rock is back on TV! Dwayne Johnson, as he\u2019s now known, plays an ex-football player turned financial adviser in this sports comedy-drama.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ballers <\/em>was created by Steve Levinson, who was a producer on <em>Entourage<\/em>. Fans of that show should know what to expect here: it\u2019s pretty much <em>Entourage<\/em> with football players instead of celebrities!<\/p>\n<p>Keep an eye out for Denzel Washington\u2019s son John too! <em>Ballers <\/em>is airing on HBO in the States, which means it should be on Sky Atlantic fairly soon.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/unnLg1TPCYM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ash vs. Evil Dead<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>The Evil Dead, American Horror Story, The Walking Dead<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This sequel to the legendary <em>Evil Dead <\/em>series follows unlikely hero Ash as he tackles yet another attack from the Deadites, the wise-cracking demons who seem to revel in making poor Ash\u2019s life a living hell.<\/p>\n<p>The show takes on a sitcom format, drawing on the same mix of horror and humour as <em>Evil Dead 2<\/em> or <em>Army of Darkness<\/em>. Bruce Campbell returns as Ash too, while Sam Raimi serves as executive producer.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qNLd-j1QqjI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For fans of: <\/strong><em>Parks and Recreation<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Wet Hot American Summer <\/em>is a cult film set at an American summer camp that quite a lot of people haven\u2019t seen. It also boasts one of the best comedy casts of any film ever made \u201d\u201c it\u2019s just that none of them were actually that famous when it was released in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward 14 years and the likes of Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd and Bradley Cooper are household names.
