Images of the brand new iPhone, set for launch in September, have been leaked.<\/p>\n

The pictures show the front panel of the device, which is currently in production. The device looks more or less the same as the iPhone 6, which points towards this year\u2019s release being an \u201d\u02dcS\u2019 upgrade rather than an entirely new phone.<\/p>\n

The images were leaked by nowhereelse.fr<\/a>. The site also leaked the first accurate photos of the iPhone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6.<\/p>\n

While nothing has been confirmed by Apple, the iPhone 6S (which isn\u2019t the confirmed name) will retain the current model\u2019s 4.7\u201d\u009d screen, resolution and Touch ID-enabled home button.<\/p>\n

Most of the rumoured changes are performance related, including a brand new Apple A8X (or A9, depending on who you believe) chip and 2GB of RAM. The device will also introduce a 12 MP camera and Force Touch, a new technology that can perform actions based on the strength of your screen presses.<\/p>\n

Improvements to iOS 9, which boasts plenty of new features<\/a>, will apparently improve the device\u2019s battery life by an hour.<\/p>\n

Rumours of a smaller 4 inch screen \u201d\u02dcC\u2019 model appear to be false, however, although Apple allegedly considered the change<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The new photos come as Apple ramp up their marketing efforts for the iPhone.
