And the smoking gun evidence that proves it? A&#8230;erm, paper cut-out.<\/p>\n<p>Tech blog M.I.C Gadget posted <a href=\"https:\/\/micgadget.com\/36001\/4-inch-iphone-6c-cases-prototype\/\">a picture of a paper version of the iPhone 6c yesterday<\/a>, which allegedly came from a source within a case manufacturing company. The paper cut-out looks pretty much exactly the same as an iPhone 6 but smaller.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, pretty much anyone can print out a smaller picture of an iPhone 6 so this \u201d\u02dcleak\u2019 doesn\u2019t really prove anything at all, especially after another analyst, Timothy Arcuri, claimed that <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.businessinsider.com\/apple-iphone-6c-rumors-2015-7\/?r=US&amp;IR=T\">the iPhone 6C wouldn\u2019t happen<\/a> because Apple didn\u2019t want to eat into the sales of the existing (and soon to be cheaper) iPhone 6.<\/p>\n<p>So really, no-one knows what\u2019s going on and probably won\u2019t until Tim Cook gets on a Cupertino stage and actually utters the words \u201d\u02dciPhone 6c\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>If it turns out the iPhone 6c <em>does <\/em>exist, it\u2019ll <a href=\"https:\/\/bgr.com\/2015\/08\/21\/iphone-6c-release-date-rumors\/\">apparently be announced in November and hit shelves early next year<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The iPhone 6c is the big \u201d\u02dcwill they, won\u2019t they?\u2019 story of 2015, with tech blogs and analysts seemingly unable to agree whether or not a cheaper and smaller version of the iPhone 6c will ever actually happen.
