Simply scan a barcode and FoodSwitch will return all the stats in a handy colour coded format. It then displays a list of potential alternatives which are better for you, so you can make an informed decision.<\/p>\n

With over 90,000 products on the app\u2019s database, FoodSwitch helps you choose the best option for your wellbeing, and you can save your healthier choices to form a healthier diet plan.<\/p>\n
You can also share your healthier choices with your friends and family, so you can help them shed a few pounds and reduce their salt intake too.<\/p>\n
Improving your diet has all kinds of benefits, from weight loss to increased longevity.
