June\u2019s new releases includes the latest from Radiohead, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jake Bugg \u201d\u201c and they\u2019re all available from the musicMagpie Store.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uvosjKUKCLo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wrong Crowd \u201d\u201c Tom Odell (10<sup>th<\/sup> June)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Ivor Novello winning singer-songwriter returns with the follow-up to his multi-million selling debut <em>Long Way Down<\/em>, and we expect it to be just as huge.<\/p>\n<p>Odell has described <em>Wrong Crowd <\/em>as \u201d\u02dcbig\u2019, \u201d\u02dcdramatic\u2019 and \u201d\u02dcrich in musicality\u2019, which sounds about right from the chap behind <em>Another Love<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wrong Crowd <\/em>also has a concept, with the songs detailing the struggles of a man who wants to preserve his innocence in the face of debauchery and the darkness of the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/store.musicmagpie.co.uk\/products\/odelltomwrongcrowd\">Buy Wrong Crowd by Tom Odell from the musicMagpie Store<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XgJFqVvb2Ws\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Last Year Was Complicated \u201d\u201c Nick Jonas (10<sup>th<\/sup> June)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With his brother Joe currently dominated the charts with his band DNCE\u2019s mega-hit <em>Cake by the Ocean<\/em>, Nick Jonas will probably fancy his chances of scoring a few hits with his new album, <em>Last Year is Complicated<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas revealed in a series of tweets that the album was inspired by a break-up, saying, \u201d\u02dcWhen I first started making I thought I knew what it would be about. Then I had a breakup. S*** is too real sometimes&#8230;reliving some of these real life experiences thought this music is hard\u2019. Sounds intense, although there are bound to be more than a few catchy tracks and big singalongs.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas has also enlisted the help of some big names, with Big Sean, Ty Dolla $ign and Tove Lo all featuring on various tracks. It features some of the best songwriting of their career and Thom Yorke delivers a performance that can\u2019t really be described in words. And it\u2019s not just us who think that either; Rolling Stone described it as \u201d\u02dcone of their most musically and emotionally arresting albums\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>As well as brand new tracks,<em> A Moon Shaped Pool <\/em>features two reworkings of long time fan favourites <em>Burn the Witch <\/em>and <em>True Love Waits<\/em> \u201d\u201c the latter of which has been around in some form for over 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>In short, this is a must have for any Radiohead fan \u201d\u201c and anyone else will probably love it too.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/store.musicmagpie.co.uk\/products\/radioheadamoonshape\">Buy A Moon Shaped Pool by Radiohead now<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qJ_Tw0w3lLA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Getaway \u201d\u201c Red Hot Chili Peppers (17<sup>th<\/sup> June)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re well overdue for a new Red Hot Chili Peppers album, with <em>I\u2019m With You <\/em>fast approaching its 5<sup>th<\/sup> (!) birthday. And we may have got one sooner, if Flea didn\u2019t break his arm snowboarding.<br \/>\nBut finally, we have <em>The Getaway<\/em>. Produced by Danger Mouse, the genius behind <em>The Grey Album <\/em>and Gnarls Barkley, it could represent something of a departure for the band if first single <em>Dark Necessities <\/em>is anything to go by. A smooth, airy song that relies as much on a gentle piano riff as Flea\u2019s trademark slap bass, <em>Dark Necessities <\/em>isn\u2019t the kind of song you can imagine four blokes with socks on their privates playing.<\/p>\n<p>We can\u2019t imagine it\u2019ll all be laidback rock though, with Flea promising Rolling Stone that there will be \u201csuper danceable, funky s***\u201d\u009d too.
