Thousands of people are attending this year\u2019s Glastonbury, and millions more will watch on TV.<\/p>\n

Some of those people will have a slightly different experience to the rest of us though. Synaesthesia is a neurological condition that links senses which are normally experienced separately, including hearing and taste. Essentially, some people will hear or read a band\u2019s name and experience a taste at the same time.<\/p>\n

Intrigued, we asked Kathryn Jackson, a synaesthete with a rare form of the condition called lexical-gustatory synaethesia, to look at this year\u2019s line-up and share the tastes she experienced with us.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve recreated this year\u2019s line-up poster based on Kathryn\u2019s experience, and as you can see, it\u2019s both a who\u2019s-who of great music and a particularly delicious menu!<\/p>\n
