As such, there isn\u2019t much in the way of new games or music releases this month \u201d\u201c although there are plenty of summer blockbusters.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Music<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Trouble in Paradise \u201d\u201c La Roux<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KlyDYI_ddZY\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nYou remember La Roux, don\u2019t you? Well, they\u2019re back with a brand new album, their first in nearly 5 years. Initial tracks suggest it\u2019ll be full of catchy electro-pop, while the cover suggests it\u2019ll be full of big red hair.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Futurology \u201d\u201c Manic Street Preachers<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nusymqINrSc\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<i>Futurology <\/i>is the Manic Street Preachers\u2019 12<sup>th<\/sup> album, so you\u2019ll probably know whether you\u2019re excited for this or not. Either way, you can guarantee it\u2019ll have at least one brilliant track on it.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">World Peace is None of Your Business \u201d\u201c Morrissey<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FEd-jyuyXpQ\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nManchester\u2019s favourite misery guts is back. Expect melancholic rock, wistful lyrics and absolutely no appearances from Johnny Marr.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Festivals<\/h4>\n<p>There are loads of them this month, including Wireless, Sonisphere, Latitude and Global Gathering. If you\u2019ve got a bit of spare cash (sell some CDs if you don\u2019t!), it\u2019d be worth checking at least one out.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Movies<\/h3>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Transformers: Age of Extinction<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DkIPIkPPbdo\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nLOUD ROBOTS MAKE EXPLOSIONS ON YOUR CINEMA SCREEN.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and Mark Wahlberg\u2019s in it instead of Shia LeBeouf.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>How to Train Your Dragon 2<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uLBmHtI5KfM\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe sequel to the unexpectedly brilliant <i>How to Train Your Dragon<\/i> sees Hiccup and Toothless go into battle against an evil dragon-catcher. It\u2019ll keep the kids quiet for a bit, at least.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Dawn of the Planet of the Apes<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DpSaTrW4leg\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThose damn dirty apes &#8211; including super-intelligent monkey Cesar &#8211; are pretty peeved at humanity and decide to plot some kind of uprising. No prizes for guessing what happens at the end.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Pudsey the Dog: The Movie<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/W3xICuAcvSg\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe dancing dog off Britain\u2019s Got Talent. In a movie. Will he become the first canine to win the Best Actor award at the Oscars?<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Hercules<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OwlynHlZEc4\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe Rock steps into the legendary Greek hero\u2019s sandals for a couple of hours of fighting and flexing. He might even drop the People\u2019s Elbow on Hades.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>The Purge: Anarchy<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XzFCDqKE4yA\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe follow-up to the slightly-rubbish-but-massively-popular <i>The Purge<\/i> looks&#8230;well, exactly the same as the first one.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Guardians of the Galaxy<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3CqymRQ1uUU\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThis year\u2019s BIG movie. <i>Guardians of the Galaxy<\/i> is the latest movie off Marvel\u2019s production line and promises to be every bit as epic as <i>Avengers Assemble. <\/i>Don\u2019t believe us? And you might need to seek some help.<\/p>\n<p>Fun fact: professional grouch Charlie Brooker is a massive fan of the Sniper Elite series, which the developers have celebrated by&#8230;erm, including him as a target in the game.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>Pokemon Art Academy<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/I1s7YrF68m4\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nLearn how to draw all your favourite Pokemon on your 3DS. We told you game releases were slow over summer.<br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><\/p>\n<h4>The Last of Us Remastered<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AaOWRvmtEFQ\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nIt\u2019s The Last of Us, but slightly prettier and on the PS4.
