As you can see below, it looks almost as good as new after Brownlee\u2019s tests:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5R0_FJ4r73s\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Brownlee apparently obtained the sample display from renowned Apple-leaker Sonny Dickson. As Apple are currently producing the 1<sup>st<\/sup> batch of iPhones in their Chinese factories, there\u2019s no real reason to doubt the validity of this video.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not the 1<sup>st<\/sup> time Apple has utilised sapphire crystal glass either, as it is already used to protect iPhone cameras on existing models. It\u2019s obviously impressed Apple\u2019s engineers enough to replace their existing \u201d\u02dcGorilla glass\u2019 touchscreen.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s all looking very promising for the durability of the iPhone 6, and could potentially signal the end of cracked screens forever \u201d\u201c hopefully.<\/p>\n<p>The iPhone 6 is due to be released in September this year.
