Replacement phone screens are widely available online on sites such as eBay and Amazon. These may or may not be approved parts and may or may not have come from your phone’s manufacturer. Some come accompanied by ‘kits’ which supply the necessary tools for you to replace the screen yourself. This might be cheaper than sending it back to the manufacturer but it can be complicated and risky.
Another option is to purchase a screen online and then pay an experienced third party to fit it for you. Doing this will almost certainly invalidate any warranties and may affect insurance too, as most manufacturers would consider this tampering.
