PMT are one of the UK’s largest musical instrument retailers and have decades of experience evaluating musical instruments and equipment. Their experts will make an offer for your items, arrange a courier to collect them and, after checks, pay you for them.

It’s simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form above in as much detail as possible. We’ll get in touch with a no-obligation offer.
2. If you accept the offer, we’ll arrange a courier to collect your item(s).
3. The team at PMT will carry out some final checks when your item(s) arrive. After that, you’ll get paid via bank transfer within 3 working days.

Please follow these steps to keep your items safe during transit:

• Use the original internal and external packaging if possible. Please don’t write anything on the packaging.
• If you don’t have the original packaging, use a sturdy cardboard box and internal packaging with minimal thickness of 4cm.
• Whichever packaging you use, make sure your item is secure and can’t move around.
• Don’t include anything else in the packaging that could cause damage to the item.
• If you’re sending multiple items in a single box, ensure the items have enough packaging between them to prevent them damaging each other.
• Fasten down any loose parts that could cause damage during transit.
• You can send items in gig bags and hard cases as long as they’re packed inside a sturdy cardboard box with internal packaging.

Your items are valued based on several factors, including condition, sales data, market price, demand and stock levels.

If your item doesn’t meet the requirements, PMT will get in touch with a new price. You can either accept this price or request your item back.

We can’t accept microphones, earphones, headphones, brass/wind instruments, software or in-ear monitor systems for hygiene reasons.
