We’ve got you covered! The price can be affected by different factors such as storage, model and condition.
One of the main factors that affect the trade in value is the condition. Here are our three conditions explained:
Good - All parts of the device are fully functional, turn on and off buttons work, working touch screen with no chips or cracks, no damage to rear glass or camera lens, no water damage, working power supply with exposed leads included and no password on BIOS and Bit lock off.
Poor - All parts of the device are fully functional, turn on and off buttons work, heavy wear and tear to sides or back, multiple deep scratches to screen, missing power supply or exposed leads, no password on BIOS and Bit lock off.
Faulty - Not fully functional, does not power on or display image, liquid damage, dead pixels on screen or faulty backlight, cracked screen/case, heavy dents, delaminating screen, faulty ports, the battery doesn’t hold charge, touchscreen not working, BIOS or hard drive encrypted.
