The Current War

Benedict Cumberbatch and Michael Shannon star in this historical drama directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon. The film follows inventors Thomas Edison (Cumberbatch) and George Westinghouse (Shannon) as they compete to create and market the first sustainable electrical energy system in the US. The cast also includes Nicholas Hoult, Tom Holland and Katherine Waterston.
