Healing Relationships examines the difficulties we face in keeping our relationships vibrant and healthy. It explores the causes of our difficulties, from a Buddhist perspective, and explains how we can eliminate them. Throughout are meditations and practices to help us heal the past, transform our attitudes and forgive ourselves and others.
We learn of the benefits of a spiritual union and the path to living without negativity, fatigue or negative mind states. The clear and accessible advice on every page opens the way for us to create a more reliable and satisfying basis for all our relationships.
Included are prayers, meditations, and practices to help us remain calm and develop greater mental clarity; to forgive and heal; and to connect in positive ways with others to make our life more meaningful.
