Controversial psychological thriller directed and co-written by John McNaughton. Henry (Michael Rooker) travels across America murdering strangers. He lives with drug dealer Otis (Tom Towles) and Otis's sister, Becky (Tracy Arnold), who has moved in with them to escape her abusive husband. When Henry educates Otis in the ways of serial killing, including how to avoid the police linking the murders, Otis takes to it with enthusiasm and the two begin a killing spree.
