This activity book contains illustrations of twelve North American national parks, in which children have to search for objects. It is both original and fun, and children will enjoy discovering different animals and landscapes and while looking for some hidden objects. In addition, on each page an intruder has escaped from the park and sneaked his way into the picture."This is an excellent educational/entertainment activity book for young children whether on vacation or dreaming of exploring in the future. The quirky, colorful illustrations present both information and challenges in a fun format friendly to kids." --Midwest Book Review, May 2014.

Here's what you say about us...

Born in 1991 in Lyon (East-central France), Maud Lienard spent her childhood practicing judo. Then she discovered how to draw and continued since then. In 2009, she entered the prestigious Emile Cohl School. She is doing her second year at this school and hope to illustrate more children's books or create board games. Search and Find National Parks is her first publication.

"This search-and-find book combines entertainment and education by chronicling the travels of the Ramble family as they make their way across the U.S. visiting iconic national parks. Splashy and colorful illustrations with high-interest detail cover each two-page spread from corner to corner. Readers are tasked with a handful of visual exercises for each tableau. Each page provides a list of 20 objects for readers to find, along with each of the seven members of the Ramble family. Twelve of the most visited national parks in the U.S., including the Great Smoky Mountains, Acadia, Yellowstone, Death Valley, and Yosemite, are featured. These parks are from diverse regions of the country, and each illustration uses the park's most recognizable feature as a backdrop. This book encourages kids to practice honing their powers of observation while perhaps learning an interesting trivia fact or two about each of the featured attractions.
