SWAGGERIN' BENEATH THE DUBLIN SKIES is a book of poetry about life in my native Ireland and experiences both living and travelling abroad. Also included is a travel journal titled ALASKA 2000. The poems are both whispers and howls about the destinies of simple ramblers, green fields I've called home, the heart wrenchers, gin-swiggin' troubadours, the flight of feathered wings, echoes of 16th century Dublin pubs, theatrics on a double-decker bus, a tribute to Ireland's national beverage, the majesty of a Hawaiian garden, the lure of a spice lady in India, stories of love's powerful grasp and the daily challenge of converting the ordinary into the extraordinary.
