Documentary about the programming prodigy Aaron Swartz who took his own life at the age of 26. After being part of the team that developed the basic RSS (Rich Site Summary) internet protocol and co-founding the social networking site Reddit, Swartz was arrested for illegally downloading academic journals and articles from digital library JSTOR. After being found guilty and given a sentence of $1 million in fines, 35 years in prison and complete asset confiscation, Swartz was found hanged in his New York apartment from an apparent suicide. The documentary features archive footage of Swartz as well as interviews with his family and colleagues.
