'Little One' is the third release from the UK double bassist. Most of the material was written in the early months of fatherhood by humming and singing the tunes to his daughter whilst walking her up and down in an attempt to get her to sleep, and wanted to bring this method of composition into the recording process by writing vocalised backing harmonies without lyrics to some of the songs.
