Allergies are becoming increasingly common among both children and adults, and the link to our diet has become more apparent. As a result of their own food 'challenges', Chupi and Luke Sweetman had to re-think the way that they ate. With advice from nutritionist Patricia Quinn, they came up with a variety of healthy, nutritious but above all, incredibly tasty recipes aimed at allergy sufferers and non-sufferers alike. 'What to eat when you can't eat anything' is a cookbook for everybody, with a really practical approach to managing diets that can be seen initially by sufferers or their families as a challenge. All the recipes have been cooked and tested by hungry teenagers Chupi and Luke and their mother Rosita and have passed with flying colours!
