Growing in and through life is vital if we are to become the people that God designed us to be.
In this book Janine Fair examines the importance of growing and the tools that God has already given us to help us in this task.
By sharing something of her own personal journey of discovery, she invites us to explore the role that emotions can play in facilitating this process, and the importance of encountering the truth, using questions to help us reflect, allowing our relationships with others to draw us closer to God, choosing wisely, harnessing our willingness, taking responsibility for our growth, aligning ourselves with God s purposes and plans, and helping one another grow.Janine Fair is a qualified medical doctor and life coach, as well as a clergy widow and single parent.
