Double bill including a documentary about the puppet and animation techniques devised and utilised by husband and wife production team Gerry and Sylvia Anderson as well as a collection of episodes made using these techniques. In 'Filmed in Supermarionation' (2014), using unseen archive footage, interviews and excerpts from the productions themselves, film-maker Stephen La Rivi�re tells the story of Gerry and Sylvia's shows, which include 'Stingray' (1964), 'Thunderbirds' (1965) and 'Joe 90' (1968). 'This Is Supermarionation' (2014) includes full restored episodes of the shows which were made by the husband and wife duo including 'Stingray' (1964), 'Thunderbirds' (1965) and 'Joe 90' (1968), and is presented by Lady Penelope, Parker and Brains.
