Three episodes from the popular television programme about the rogueish East Anglia antiques dealer, taken from the first series. In 'Friends, Romans and Enemies', a death and a robbery at the museum seem to be connected, in events that send Lovejoy (Ian McShane) to the Isle of Man on the trail of a hoard of Roman coins. In 'The Judas Pair' Lovejoy is hired to find a pair of eighteenth century duelling pistols which have been used in a murder, and in 'To Sleep No More' the antiques dealer must pose as a priest to find the secret of a master-forger's hidden fortune.
