Take one apartment block in Melbourne, eight twenty-somethings, add some love, friendship and vodka and you've got the dynamic Australian series 'The Secret Life of Us'. In 'Telemovie Part 1', Alex and Evan are hunting for a new flatmate and just when it seems like they won't find anyone they both like, along comes Kelly. In Telemovie Part 2', Alex, Evan and Kelly are having a party but it appears there are a couple of unwanted gatecrashers. In 'The Unbelieveable Truth', Richie's first day on the set isn't as successful as he hoped and Alex has an important job interview. 'The Garden of Gethsemane' sees Will pining for Leah, while Richie is off leading the acting high life. In 'The Rules', while Evan is trying to come to terms with the fact he may have fallen in love with Carmen, Jason is still pining for Alex who is trying to get on with her life. 'Expect The Unexpected' sees Alex and Gabrielle make amends and Evan finally finishes his book. In 'The Road Not Taken', Jason makes a mistake

by sleeping with an opposing lawyer whilst Richie is struggling to come to terms with his sexuality. In 'What Am I?', Miranda thinks Richie is having an affair as he is withdrawing both emotionally and sexually. 'The Secret Life Of Us' sees the gang get together for a night of pasta and wine and talk about defining moments in their lives. In 'State of Limbo', Gabrielle asks Jason for a divorce and is embarking in a steamy affair with a musician. In 'Love Sucks', Kelly is disillusioned at work and realises that love just happens and can't be controlled.
