Gorilla is hungry but there is absolutely no way he's going to eat a banana. Not even a teeny taste. Not with some bread or standing on his head. Even if you eat one too, which is something you might do.

This charming, Dr Seuss-esque book has fun with the time-honoured stategy for getting toddlers to try new foods.
The Financial Times

Reminiscent of Dr Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham and Lauren Child's I Will Not Ever Never Eat a Tomato, Ismail's take on the fussy eating theme uses a mix of bold, expressive illustration and photography which brings a light, fun energy to what can sometimes be a frustrating experience for parents.
BookTrust

From the book's bright yellow jacket to author Yasmeen Ismail's bold and funny illustrations, Would You Like a Banana? is vivid and lively.
