Our team of trained professionals test every phone we receive using PhoneCheck, an industry standard software solution that tests devices for over 70 potential faults. PhoneCheck is renowned for its accuracy, helping us to identify and fix any potential issues during the refurbishment process.

Battery Quality

It’s no secret that phone batteries degrade over time, but some last longer than others. PhoneCheck determines the remaining life of the battery, as well as identifying any potential faults.

If the battery’s life is below a certain percentage or shows any sign of faults, our expert technicians will replace it.

Screen Condition

PhoneCheck determines whether there are any LCD bright spots on the screen, as well as checking the LCD digitizer (the part that actually displays images), ForceTouch and 3D Touch.

On top of this, we also carry out our own checks for chips, cracks and scratches, as well as liquid damage, screen burn, discolouration and green frame.

Any damaged screens are replaced by our expert technicians. You won’t even be able to tell if the phone you’ve bought ever had a faulty screen!
