The book describes the ethical justification for Direct Democracy; a model system for self-governance on local and national levels; public Policy Juries and Expert Agencies; and easy transition from the representative system through Direct Democracy Representatives. The book expands on the thesis that communal decisions can distil from diverse human motivations the communal will for sustenance and security that can secure our survival.
