The fourth in a series: Looking back over more than 15 years of writing I have become conversely more patient with perceived failings, but more urgent about the need to change. That doesn't mean, by the way, that I feel the profession is going to hell in a hand cart and I don't think being innovative is a panacea, but I am concerned about the pressure we heap on ourselves and on cycles of activity and behaviour that I know to be destructive. We should care less about management cliches and care more for the humans."
