Description

This special effects-laden Bollywood fantasy adventure is a modern re-imagining of the classic Arabian Nights tale. Bullied orphan Aladin Chatterjee (Riteish Deshmuk) lives a drab existence in the city of Kwaish until his classmate Jasmine (Jacqueline Fernandez) gives him a magic lamp containing the spirit of rock star genie Genius (Amitabh Bachchan), who seems desperate to give Aladin three wishes and thereby be released from his contract with the Magic Lamp and his connection with evil ex-genie Ringmaster (Sanjay Dutt). Aladin now finds himself at the dark heart of an age-old mystery. Why does Ringmaster want to kill Aladin? And what is the secret about Aladin's past that Genius is so desperate to keep hidden?
