Description

The first twelve episodes of the supernatural drama series set in South Carolina, in a small town called Trinity.

The town's sinister sheriff, Lucas Buck (Gary Cole) holds sway over the population, dispensing 'advice' on a regular basis, but often with disastrous consequences for those involved. Into this scenario steps Buck's son, Caleb Temple (Lucas Black), unaware that Buck is his father. When Caleb's foster father dies, the ensuing custody battle brings Caleb's cousin Gail (Paige Turko) to town to protect him. One other protector, Caleb's dead sister-turned-angel Merlyn (Sarah Poulsen), helps to keep Buck's influence at bay.
