Description

Documentary that looks back on the life and career of the late pop singer. Winehouse, who drew inspiration from jazz artists, such as Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington and Billie Holiday, rose to fame through incorporating these influences into a modern R and B and pop ethic. However, the singer appeared to struggle with inner demons, as well as alcohol and drug addiction, and was discovered dead at her London home in July 2011.
