Filmmaker, Jon Brewer worked closely with King himself and amassed over 250 hours of footage which would become this documentary, narrated by Morgan Freeman. The film also features contributions from a host of celebrities such as Bruce Willis and Eric Clapton. Although born in a tumultuous period of US history, King battled with racism growing up but went on to turn his life around and found success with his unique style of playing the blues.
