In the 1950s Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis entertained audiences on TV's Colgate Comedy Hour with their manic comedy routines, with Martin as the singing straight man and Lewis as the zany comic. Show 1, originally broadcast 4th October 1953, features guest stars Burt Lancaster, Sidney Sillman, and The Skylarks. Included are the Songs 'Great to be Home', 'You're the Right One', 'That's Amore', 'There's No Tomorrow', as well as the 'Escaped Lunatic' sketch. In show 2, originally broadcast 19th December 1954, the guest stars are Vera Miles, Milton Frome, and Jack Benny, the songs include 'Long Face', 'Without a Word of Warning', 'Mambo Italiano', and 'Every Street's a Boulevard', and the sketches include 'Spaghetti at Dean's Diner' and 'Jerry Is Adopted'.
